Hypertonic solutions are used to draw out moisture and help reduce swelling post-surgery or with severe allergies. A hypertonic solution will generally be recommended by a physician or other healthcare professional. It can be slightly irritating until you are accustomed to it.
For an isotonic solution, use one (1) Ayr Saline Nasal Rinse packet.
