My Ayr now has an offensive odor. Why?
Nasal secretions may have contaminated the Ayr solution. The bottle should be discarded. It is important to avoid touching the nose when using your AYR product; also carefully wash the nozzle after each use. Never share your Ayr!
Why does my Ayr Mist run out rather than spray?
You may have purchased Ayr Drops, which are designed to use as nose drops. Ayr Mist has blue lettering, Ayr Drops has green.
Will the Ayr products burn my nose?
Ayr is a saline solution. If your nose is raw and irritated, or the skin is broken or cut, some brief stinging may occur.
