Remove the cap, and insert the tip of the inhaler into your nostril, then inhale. You may pinch the opposing nostril closed while inhaling if you choose.
Though vapors of these ingredients are not contraindicated in pregnancy, it is recommended that you talk to a doctor before using this or other products when pregnant.
